LeadMaster APAC launches Multi-Language online CRM
LeadMaster, a leading CRM company in Asia-Pacific now supports all languages after being upgraded to accept multi-byte and double byte characters.
The adoption of Multi-Byte / Double Byte characters by LeadMaster CRM is significant news for cloud-computing CRM users particularly in Asia, as Japanese, Chinese and Korean are now available language options.
Enabling multi language format is a hugely important tool in global CRM, particularly for businesses looking to market in emerging countries. Whereas most non-Asian and Western European languages require less than two bytes per character, Asian languages usually require three bytes.
This new move further strengthens LeadMaster’s well-established position in Asia, where the company has extensively expanded; being one of the first CRM provider to offer a full suite CRM that works in Multi-Byte/Double Byte Characters.
In the last year, LeadMaster has won many clients in Singapore, Hong-Kong and China and expect its latest product enhancement to support its current growth in a market that is expected to grow by 30% year-on-year according to Gartner’s IT Leads Report.
