How Lead-Xpress works?
Each lead and update request is sent through the system via email. The authentication is included with the email so the sales doesn't even have to log in to update the CRM, just update the form and click submit.
It's fast, it's easy and it's in an email, which makes it easier for the sales organisation to use and hard to ignore. The email message, which is easily tailored for your purposes, is then followed by a completely customisable web form.
You’ll notice that the web form is embedded directly into the email. Also, each section header in blue/yellow can be renamed, configured or deleted. Each field, field type and field value can also be configured, renamed or removed according to your needs.
Now take a look at the yellow section header, entitled “Click Actions.” This section provides reps a simple way to record multiple activities and notes in seconds. With a simple check, Xpress users can:
- Send an email to the contact
- Start a workflow process
- Assign prospects to a lead nurturing track
- Add a callback to the LeadMaster calendar
- Add notes to the file
